These orders will be shipped free. Families will have the option to have orders shipped to their home, but will pay for shipping. See additional notes below for each group of grade-levels. |

Are you wanting the school supply process to be a bit easier? We have a solution for you!
The Flagstaff PTO and The Write Stuff are teaming up this year to offer you grade-level kits for your students who attend Flagstaff. A few things to note:
For any family who chooses not to participate, you will need to purchase your own items, label them, and bring them to school the first week of school. |

Preschool Families We will have your kits ready for your first day of school. We are working with the Preschool Teachers to make the process simple for parents. Kindergarten Families We will be sorting all kits so that they are ready for your student's classroom on August 21 - the first day of class with their teacher for the year. We will need parents to help label kits during the first week of school. More information on that coming soon. |
Elementary Families We will have your kits ready for the Meet the Teacher Night on August 14. All you will have to do is label each item requested by your teacher, using the sticker pack included in the kit. Middle School Families You will be able to order the basic kit and have it available on the first day of school in your Advisory Teacher's classroom. Since you won't receive your Essentials classes until after the deadline, families will be responsible for purchasing those items on their own and bringing them to school. |

WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We will be needing help in August to help distribute any kits that are delivered to the school. We will need to sort by classrooms for all grades. We will be posting dates, but we are tentatively looking at Thurs & Fri and maybe Mon (Aug 10, 11 & 14). We need to have them all sorted by the "Meet the Teacher" event Monday afternoon.
We will also need a team of Kinder parents to help us label all items in the kits per teacher's requests. Then, Friday afternoon (Aug 18), we will need a few parents to help sort the kids into their correct classrooms so the students can start using them.
