The Flagstaff Academy PTO meets regularly throughout the year.

First, we have General Meetings that are open to all parents & guardians. These meetings are designed as an "update" meeting to inform all attendees with what is coming up and what they can help with. Please bring any questions or concerns!  See the dates of our meetings below.

​Second, we have Executive Meetings where the PTO Executive Team and Representatives from the school discuss more behind-the-scenes items to make sure everything planned is headed in the right direction.

​PTO GENeRAL MEETING INFO & SCHEDULE

Date: Typically 1st Sunday of every other month, beginning in September (see dates below)
Time: ​4pm - 5pm
Location: The Roost - in the Whiskey Room by the bar Map
(We may be at a larger table in their bar area, if we have a lot of parents RSVP. Look for the PTO team in maroon shirts.)

All parents & guardians are welcome! We'd love to hear your ideas! The PTO will provide appetizers and water/tea during our meeting. Please feel free to purchase additional snacks or drinks while we chat!
