Dining 4 Dragons
Known formerly as “Restaurant Nights,” this is a great way to take a break from cooking and support the PTO – and our school – by dining out at a local restaurant during our Dining for Dragons events.
If you have ideas for Restaurants we can contact OR if you’d like to help us organize these awesome events, please contact us!

August: The Post
Date: Wednesday, August 26th
Time: 4pm-9pm

Let's start the new school year off right at The Post-Longmont! Come support our Flagstaff PTO on Wednesday, August 26th from 4pm-close. When ordering dine-in or take out, mention that you are supporting Flagstaff Academy!
September: Sweet Cow
Date: Wednesday, September 23rd
Time: 12pm-8pm
Location: 600 Longs Peak Ave. Unit 1, Longmont, CO 80501
Meet with friends for a cool sweet treat on Wednesday, Sept. 23, and support the PTO. Simply mention Flagstaff Academy when ordering and Sweet Cow will donate 40% of sales to the FA PTO!
October: Culver's of Longmont
Date: Tuesday, October 13th
Time: 5pm-8pm
Location: Culver's of Longmont, 1218 South Hover Street, Longmont, CO 80501
Meet the gang at Culver's on Tuesday, October 13th from 5-8 pm for some delicious frozen custard and burgers! Culver's will donate 10% of all sales back to to the PTO!
November: Parkway Food Hall
Date: Wednesday, November 9th
Time: 5pm – 9pm
Location: 700 Ken Pratt Blvd, Suite 200, Longmont, CO
Come eat, socialize, and relax before the busy-ness of the holiday season. Join us at Parkway Food Hall on Monday, November 9th from 5pm-9 pm and Parkway Food Hall (which has 8 unique restaurants!) will donate 10% of their food and beverage sales to Flagstaff PTO.
December: Urban Field Pizza
Date: Wednesday, December 2nd LATE START DAY
Time: 4pm-8pm
Location: 150 Main Street, Suite 202, Longmont
Start December off right with delicious pizza from Urban Field on Wednesday, Dec. 2, from 4 to 8 p.m. Dine in or carry out and Urban Field will donate 10% of all sales to the Flagstaff Academy PTO.
January: Oskar Blues

February: Flavor of India

Wether it's an early Valentine's Day Date, you're craving samosas, or you just want to support our PTO, come out to a Flagstaff family owned restaurant, Flavor of India, on February 2nd from 5pm-9pm.
March: Chick-Fil-A
Date: Tuesday March 9th, 2027
Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Location: 215 Ken Pratt Blvd. Longmont, CO 80501
Come get your favorite chicken and help raise money for the PTO! From 5-8 pm on Tuesday, March 9th, mention that you are with Flagstaff Academy and Chick-fil-A will donate 10% of sales to support our school.
April: Sweet Cow Part Deux
Date: Wednesday, April 14th
Time: 12pm-8pm
Location: 600 Longs Peak Ave, Longmont
Time for round two of Sweet Cow! Meet with friends or take some pints home on Wednesday, April 14th, and support the PTO. Simply mention Flagstaff Academy PTO (online orders do not apply). Head over anytime, the fundraiser is ALL Day!
