Dragon WinterLights is back for the holiday season with a new name, but same holiday magic!  Come celebrate the holidays with dazzling light displays.  The Flagstaff community is welcoming Cars and Trucks to get decked out with their happiest, merriest & cheeriest displays! 

Date: Thursday - December 8, 2022
Time: 6pm - 7:30pm (new time!)
Location: Flagstaff Academy

​Please note: this is a family event and students are not to be dropped off unattended.

For those who purchased ornaments from our DIY Holiday Ornaments Fundraiser, there will be a table near the entrance to the parking lot where you can pick up your kit.

DISPLAY CATEGORIES

Flagstaff Academy Teachers and Staff

• Registration is free.
• Grade level teams are highly encouraged.

Flagstaff Academy Families and Community

• Registration is free.
• Family and non-profit displays only. If you have a business you wish to promote, please join us a sponsor (see below). 

Friends of Flagstaff Sponsorship

• $150 registration fee.
• Sponsors are able to advertise the business in their display.  They will also be promoted on event communications, PTO website and social media.
• ​Proceeds go to offset the cost of the event as well as helping Flagstaff Academy teachers and staff to purchase materials for their display.

DISPLAY INFORMATION

• Holiday Light Displays can be set up in a car, truck or trailer.
• Light displays may represent any winter holiday theme or activity.  
• Each display will be provided a space the size of two parking spaces (small, medium and large spaces available for request).  
• Power will be provided upon request. If you are able to self power your display, it is encouraged
• Participants are welcome to (and encouraged) to hand out items, play games, or make their display interactive.

DRINKS & FOOD

Travelin’ Toms will be onsite with warm drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, etc).

Please bring cash or credit card to purchase drinks at this event.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Families planning on attending the Dragon WinterLights event may park on Miller Drive or on Lefthand Circle.
​

• DO NOT park in the Front Range Community College parking lots.
• DO NOT park in any of the neighboring business parking lots.
• DO NOT block any of the entrances/exits to these businesses.
• DO NOT block any of the bus stop areas.
