How Your PTO gives Back
The PTO funds learning tools, innovation, equipment, activities, training, field trips, and more to support the Flagstaff Academy community. Each year, PTO fundraising efforts result in impactful additions that strengthen our school, spark joy for students, and show appreciation for our teachers and staff.
Annually Funded Items
Yearly Allocation to the School – Ensuring essential needs are met.
Staff Pantry- Ensuring the teachers and staff have a funding for their snack pantry. Teachers and staff alike can use this pantry for themselves and if needed students who need an extra bite!
The Dragon Spectrum Newspaper – Showcasing student voices and creativity.
Back-to-School Pool Parties – A splashy start to the year!
Coffee for Teachers & Staff – Fuel for the people who fuel our students.
Yearly Dragon Dash Teacher Incentive – Recognizing staff during our largest fundraiser.

Teacher & Staff Grants
In addition to annual events, the PTO sets aside a portion of the budget each year for Teacher & Staff Grants. These funds allow educators and staff to request specific items, materials, or projects that enhance learning and support our school’s mission.
